Activ8 Kids Coaching offers intramural movement classes for creches and daycare centres. Engaging in sports offers children numerous benefits that extend beyond just physical activity. It develops fine and gross motor skills, depth perception, eye-hand co-ordination, teamwork and social skills as they learn to cooperate with others. Sports also encourage discipline and perseverance, teaching kids the importance of setting goals and working hard to achieve them Most importantly, participating in sports is a fun way for children to stay active and healthy, fostering a lifelong love for movement and exercise.

Catherine knows what it takes to work hard to achieve personal goals and excel in high performance level sports.
She is also currently studying BED Foundation Phase.

Coach Development
Certified advanced cricket, hockey and softball coaching. His focus is to fine tune performance skills, sports program development and coaching staff development and training.
